Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and provide exceptional front-end service. You will assist with merchandise returns, promote in-store programs, and ensure a professional image aligned with our brand standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and proactive guest engagement. Responsibilities include guiding guests, sharing promotional materials, maintaining a clean entry area, and supporting event knowledge for a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand image with professional attire and welcoming demeanor.
• Check in customer merchandise for returns and enter visitor logs for vendors.
• Inform customers about events, sales, or promotions and distribute materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe entryway and work area; assist with entry of firearms as directed by SOP.
