Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Greeter to deliver a high-energy, friendly greeting to every guest and facilitate a positive shopping experience. You will handle merchandise with care, provide information and directions, and promote programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup.

You will uphold brand standards in appearance and customer service, warmly engaging guests and guiding them through promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards and adhere to dress code with Bass Pro/Tan logo shirt.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return.
• Checks in vendor representatives and manages visitor logs and badges.
• Provides information on events, sales, and promotions to customers.
