Bass Pro Shops in Las Vegas, NV seeks a friendly, part-time Greeter to warmly welcome guests and guide them to services and promotions. You will promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickups, while upholding brand standards and a safe, organized front-end area.

Responsibilities include assisting with check-ins, vendor logs, and promotional materials. This role emphasizes excellent service, teamwork, and adherence to store policies. Training provided.

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Greets all customers entering the store in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models Bass Pro Shops brand standards: professional dress, name badge, and welcoming body language.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for returns and handles visitor logs for vendors.
• Notifies Outfitter to complete guest check-in for firearms; greeters do not handle firearms.
• Keeps entryway and work area clean, safe, and welcoming; performs other duties as assigned.
