Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Medford, OR is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to maintain and beautify multiple West Coast Self-Storage properties. The role involves outdoor landscaping, upkeep of grounds, lights, gates, and structures, working 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requires a valid driver's license, groundskeeping experience, and ability to lift and work outdoors in various environments. On-the-job training and opportunities for promotion are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Job SummaryA

Part-time Part-Time Groundskeeper - Medford, OR. Job Summary A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Benefits
