Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces across multiple properties. You will perform landscaping and basic maintenance to keep facilities clean, safe, and visually appealing.

This is a physically demanding, outdoor role that utilizes hand and power tools and requires independent work across sites. The position offers a part-time schedule, a wage of $19.00 per hour, plus stipends and on-the-job training, with opportunities for promotion as the team

Qualifications

• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with utilizing hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives.

Description

Job Summary:

A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Schedule:

P/T, Mon: 9:45am-6:00pm, Fri & Sat: 11:00am-3:00pm.

Up to 24 hours per week
