Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces across multiple properties. The role requires driving between Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, and Shelton locations, and includes labor-intensive outdoor work with tools and equipment.

You will work full-time with weekday hours and receive a monthly stipend for phone and mileage, along with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, vacation accrual, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience is required.
• Experience with utilizing hand and power tools is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team objectives.

Job description

Job Summary:

A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Location Details:

This team member will be expected to commute to support our Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, & Shelton locations. Monthly travel stipend provided.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Mon-Fri (Off Sat/Sun) from 9:45am-6:15pm.
