Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas at multiple properties. You will work with the District Manager and store teams to keep grounds clean, safe, and presentable.

This outdoor, labor-intensive role runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and offers benefits including $20.00 per hour, a $25 monthly phone stipend, a $25 monthly fuel stipend, annual profit sharing, 401(k) with match, employee discount, on-the-job

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience required.
• Experience with hand and power tools required.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors.
• Ability to work independently to meet team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Learns skills necessary to complete the job.
• Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to DM.
• Maintains facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.).
• Maintains facility systems (lights, gates, security systems, etc.).
• Maintains facility structures (fences, doors, etc.).

Part-Time Groundskeeper - Medford, OR.

Job Summary:

A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards.

This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris.

This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
