• Ability to operate landscaping and basic maintenance tools safely.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas so the property stays clean and safe.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks like weed control, blowing, raking, trimming.
• Pickup trash and debris across streets, sidewalks, and vacant sites.
• Trim bushes and assist with irrigation and outdoor maintenance.
• Maintain vacant homesites and prepare for move-ins.
• Handle routine maintenance requests and basic repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Communicate work progress with the Community Manager.
