Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Acacia Heights & Spectrum Courtyard in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on safety, upkeep, and timely work order completion to maintain curb appeal and property quality.

The candidate will coordinate with staff and vendors, ensure OSHA compliance, and deliver excellent resident service in a fast-paced environment. 40 hours/week, benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 1+ year in property maintenance or related work preferred.
• Own tools and transportation to job site.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally at all times.
• Maintain property to ensure curb appeal and compliance with laws.
• Process work orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Respond to service requests and complete turnovers on time.
• Maintain records of space conditions and time worked.
• On-call for emergencies after hours and weekends.
