You will perform general maintenance and janitorial tasks, assist with basic repairs across trades, and coordinate with the Site Manager to prioritize work orders. This is an on-site, hands-on role suited for reliable team players.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance technician and/or janitorial experience.
• Comfort performing minor building repairs across multiple trades.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Willingness to learn, dependable, and a team‑oriented problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance and janitorial tasks such as basic repairs, painting, cleaning, minor carpentry, and light electrical/plumbing work.
• Replace or service appliances as needed.
• Partner with the Site Manager to prioritize and complete work orders.
