Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and preventative maintenance for our community properties in Phoenix. This role is part-time (15–20 hours/week) and reports to the Maintenance Manager, focusing on timely repairs and safe, well-maintained environments for residents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience, proficiency in carpentry/construction tasks, and the ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, plumbing, and painting required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
• Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
