Job summary

United Ground Express is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers at the Midland International Air & Space Port. You will greet passengers, perform check-in and ticketing tasks, rebook flights, and issue boarding passes while following policy and safety procedures.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, or overtime based on operational needs. Training and advancement opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of pre-employment processes including background checks and fingerprinting.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees.
• Ensure passenger information is accurate and flights depart on time.
• Resolve passenger issues in line with company policies after flight interruptions.
• May assist in baggage service to track baggage and answer questions.
