Job summary

United Ground Express, Inc. is seeking dedicated passenger service agents to greet passengers, assist with check-in and ticketing, and ensure a seamless travel experience across flights.

You will read baggage tags, help locate bags, and coordinate with flight crews to keep departures on time; a calm, customer-focused approach is essential. The role includes rebooking itineraries using reservation software, issuing boarding passes, and handling baggage with care while following FAA and company

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain credentials including fingerprint clearance, airport badge, and background check.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process (drug screen, hearing and vision checks).
• Available to work any shift; day or night, weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Must be able to read, write, and fluently speak English.
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags up to 70 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide check-in and ticketing services.
• Rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees.
• Ensure passenger information is accurate and flights depart on time.
• Resolve passenger issues per company policies during interruptions.
• Assist baggage services and answer passenger questions.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and prep for next flight.
• Communicate with crew using radio devices.
• Operate outdoors in all weather conditions.
