Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Wellington, FL is seeking a part-time Team Member to operate Roasting Ovens and Grill, supporting fast-paced service with quality meals. This role calls for basic food prep skills, adherence to recipes, and a focus on safety and sanitation.

You will plan meals with leadership, review menus before preparation, ensure food safety procedures are followed, and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary training or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Meal planning in conjunction with Leadership.
• Review menus prior to preparation of food.
• Assure that all food procedures are followed.
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary.
• Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes.
