State of Georgia is seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Recruiter for Cadwell RYDC in Cadwell, GA. The role supports the recruitment team, coordinates interviews, and ensures smooth onboarding for facility-related positions, including housekeeping and security staff.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree and HR-related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Taleo is a plus, and the position offers a rewarding public service environment.

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience in human resources.
• Equivalent combination of education and job-specific experience may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.

Responsabilidades

• Assist recruiters in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage job postings across various job boards and platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to coordinate recruitment activities.
• Support administrative tasks such as document processing, background checks, and compliance tracking.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.
• Help manage facility-related hiring needs, such as housekeeping and security staff.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment data.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and facilities team.
• Attend job fairs and host job fairs at assign facility.
• Assist with recruitment in the community.
