Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Washington state seeks a gospel-centered Assistant Program Director to aid the Program Director and Leadership Board. This part-time role supports a broad range of administrative tasks and requires a mature Christian faith and active church participation.

You will help manage the LifeWise 5 L's, coordinate logistics with schools, oversee fundraising, and communicate with staff and volunteers. A commitment to serving public school students with Bible education is essential.

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's.
• Coordinate leadership and volunteers for program delivery.
• Oversee location, logistics, fundraising, and communications.
