Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Gospel-centered Assistant Program Director to support the Program Director and Leadership Board in a part-time capacity. The role focuses on leading, coordinating location and logistics, and managing fundraising and budgets while fostering a strong church connection.

You will receive ongoing training and one-on-one coaching to enable biblical education outreach in public schools and communities.

Qualifications

• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's.
• Support the program areas of Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot and Language.
• Provide step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized one-on-one coaching as part of the Support Center.
