Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Assistant Program Director to support the Program Director and Leadership Board in a part-time capacity. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing LifeWise 5 L's, and ensuring strong communication within church and school partnership contexts.

The ideal candidate demonstrates mature faith, local church involvement, and leadership experience. Applicants should be comfortable with spreadsheets and Google Workspace, and be prepared

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer capacity
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's
• Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers
• Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program
• Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district
• Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)
• Language: The communication element of the program
