Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Assistant Program Director to help lead our team alongside the local Program Director and Leadership Board. This part-time role requires a mature Christian faith, active church participation, and ability to handle diverse administrative tasks within a faith-based youth program.

You will support leadership, logistics, and fundraising efforts, ensuring strong communication and alignment with LifeWise goals in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's.
• Support leadership, location, logistics, and fundraising tasks.
• Coordinate facility and transportation needs for the program and its school/district relations.
• Assist with program communications and language elements.
