Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Oregon seeks a gospel-centered Assistant Program Director to support the Program Director and Leadership Board in a broad range of administrative tasks. This part-time, hourly role emphasizes faith-driven service and involvement in the local church community.

The candidate will help manage LifeWise 5 L's—Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot and Language—while coordinating with the Program Director and leadership team to serve students and families.

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in a local church aligned with LifeWise Academy beliefs
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer roles
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's (Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot, Language)
• Support program operations in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board
• Coordinate administrative tasks and communications to serve students and community
