Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Assistant Program Director to help lead our team in partnership with the Program Director. This part-time role requires spiritual maturity and the ability to assist in a broad range of admin tasks within a church-based program.

The role focuses on supporting the LifeWise 5 L's—leadership, location, logistics, budgeting, and communication—across our programs, with training and coaching provided to empower community impact.

Qualifications

• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church aligned with LifeWise beliefs.
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer roles.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing LifeWise 5 L's: Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot, Language.
• Support administration and coordination in partnership with the Program Director and Leadership Board.
