Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered, detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team under the Program Director. This part-time role requires a mature Christian faith and active church involvement; you will assist in a broad range of administrative tasks and partner with the Leadership Board.

The position involves coordinating LifeWise 5 L's, fundraising support, and effective communications to serve students in public schools with Bible education.

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's.
• Leadership: oversee the doers and team members.
• Location: coordinate facility and transportation needs.
• Logistics: align program activities with school/district requirements.
• Loot: support fundraising and budgeting activities.
• Language: handle program communications and outreach.
