Job summary

Open Bank in California seeks a Part Time International Ops Specialist to assist the International Ops Officer in processing Trade Finance and Lines of Credit, reviewing L/C applications and line requests, and coordinating with third party vendors and borrowers.

You will build relationships with international customers, support daily operations, including L/C processing and settlements, and ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office, customer service, or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist International Ops Officer in processing and servicing Trade Finance and Lines of Credit.
• Prepare and review L/C applications and line requests.
• Work independently with third party vendors and borrowers.
• Maintain customer ledgers and call-backs with balance in Horizon XE.
• Perform SWIFT input and daily transaction entry.
• Complete monthly certification and monthly review file follow-up.
