Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an International Banking Operations Associate to support Global Trade & Standby Services and FX transactions across the transaction lifecycle.

You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and correspondent banks to ensure accurate, compliant processing and timely issue resolution. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: experience with import/export trade products or international payments.

Responsibilities

• Process Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) and FX transactions across the lifecycle.
• Review and reconcile trade/FX documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as liaison between internal partners, clients, and correspondent banks.
• Communicate inquiries and resolve documentation issues via email/phone.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and support timely resolution.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Contribute to process improvements while upholding service standards.
