Qualifications

• Prior experience in Trade Finance / Trade Operations within a bank.
• Hands-on exposure to LCs and/or Standby Letters of Credit.
• Strong documentation review skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and support Letters of Credit (Import/Export), Standby LCs, and Documentary Collections.
• Review and validate trade documentation for compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve documentation issues.
• Monitor trade transactions from issuance to settlement and deadlines.
• Maintain audit-ready reporting and logs; support process improvements.

• Process and support Letters of Credit (Import/Export), Standby LCs, and Documentary Collections
• Review and validate trade documentation for compliance with internal policies and standard trade rules (UCP/ISP/URC)
• Coordinate with internal partners (Ops, Compliance, Risk, Relationship Managers) to resolve documentation issues
• Monitor trade transactions through lifecycle stages including issuance, amendments, payments, and settlements
• Ensure all transactions meet required deadlines and service level expectations
• Maintain accurate reporting, tracking logs, and audit-ready documentation
• Assist with ongoing process improvement and operational controls
