U.S. Bank in Charlotte is hiring for an International Banking Operations Associate to support Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) and FX transactions. You will interact with customers, internal teams, and international banks, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance across the transaction lifecycle.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high‑volume environment. In‑office schedule requires 3+ days per week at a U.S.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Experience with import/export trade products or international payments preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process and support Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) and Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Review, examine, and reconcile trade and FX documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Act as liaison between internal partners, external clients, and correspondent banks.
• Communicate via email and phone to resolve inquiries and clarify requirements.
• Identify discrepancies or risks and escalate to minimize impact.
• Maintain high productivity, quality, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and uphold customer service standards.
