Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Gift Shop Associate to help create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest who visits. You will support daily retail operations, assist visitors with questions and purchases, and help maintain an organized, visually appealing shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or tourism environments preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to visitors and internal guests.
• Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain gift shop appearance by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays remain clean and visually appealing.
• Assist with visitor inquiries, recommendations, and overall guest experience support.
• Support VIP guest visits and special events as needed.
