Sazerac House in New Orleans is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to help keep retail operations running smoothly by ordering, receiving, organizing, and stocking products.

This part-time role (about 30 hours/week) provides hands-on experience in purchasing, inventory, and hospitality operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, follow FIFO, uphold safety standards, and support daily operations from delivery through storage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in inventory, purchasing, receiving, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Place orders on par levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize storage areas and apply FIFO inventory practices.
• Collaborate with Retail/Experiences teams to ensure availability.
• Improve inventory processes and stock management.
