Providence ElderPlace is seeking a part-time, board-certified physician with geriatric/primary care experience to provide coverage across six Seattle-area sites, patient homes, and contracted facilities. The role supports an interdisciplinary team, offers a stable 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Part-time, board-certified physician with experience in Primary Care/Geriatrics.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates with geriatric or long-term care experience are welcome to apply.
• Interdisciplinary model of care, working with a team of professionals.
• Flexibility in practice with geriatric medicine group.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient setting with skilled nursing facility and some home visits.
• Coverage across six sites in Seattle, West Seattle, Kent, Renton, Redmond, and occasionally Everett South, plus patient homes and contracted facilities.
