Job summary

Providence ElderPlace is seeking a part-time, board-certified physician with experience in Primary Care/Geriatrics to provide outpatient coverage across six sites in Seattle, West Seattle, Kent, Renton, Redmond, and occasionally Everett South, plus home visits and contracted skilled nursing facilities.

The role supports an interdisciplinary geriatric care model and offers a consistent 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with strong benefits and CME opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outpatient setting with skilled nursing facility and some home visits.
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates with geriatric or long-term care experience are welcome to apply.
• Interdisciplinary model of care, working with a team of professionals.
• Flexibility in practice with geriatric medicine group.
• Compensation is between $265,200 and $282,000 per year.
