Job summary

Providence PACE is seeking a full-time Physician to join our Portland, Oregon team. The role involves variety, team-based care, and floating across seven PACE centers in the Portland metro area to provide comprehensive care for older adults.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of geriatric experience; palliative/hospice training is valuable. Benefits include relocation assistance, CME funds, and a comprehensive provider package.

Qualifications

• One year of post-graduate clinical experience working with a geriatric population preferred.
• Training and/or experience in palliative care and/or hospice valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across diverse settings including outpatient clinics and community-based sites across the Portland metro area.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, care managers, social workers, pharmacists, and other team members.
