Job summary

Providence PACE is seeking a full-time Physician to join our Portland, Oregon team, focusing on geriatric and palliative care within a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly. You will work in diverse settings, including outpatient clinics and in-home visits, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care.

The role emphasizes team-based care, clinical confidence with older adults, and a commitment to dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience working with a geriatric population preferred
• Training and/or experience in palliative care and/or hospice valuable

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults across clinic and community-based settings
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, care managers, social workers, pharmacists and mental health clinicians
• Support patients and families to maintain independence and quality of life
• Contribute to a interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person care
