Job summary

Providence PACE in Portland, Oregon seeks a full-time Physician to join our multi-site, geriatric primary care program. The role covers seven centers with care across community and clinic settings, offering continuity coverage and strong team collaboration to support older adults.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year geriatric post-graduate experience; palliative care or hospice exposure is valued. The program emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of post-graduate clinical experience working with a geriatric population preferred.
• Training and/or experience in palliative care and/or hospice valuable.

Responsibilities

• Rotate coverage across seven Providence PACE centers in the Portland metro area.
• Provide care in a variety of settings, including community-based and outpatient clinics.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, pharmacists, and other team members.
• Build trust quickly with patients, families, and care teams in a diverse caseload.
