Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with geriatric or primary care experience.
• Outpatient setting with SNF and home visits.
• 6-site coverage in Seattle area (Seattle, West Seattle, Kent, Renton, Redmond, Everett South).
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred; new grads with geriatric experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient geriatrics and primary care coverage across multiple sites.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary geriatrics team.
• Travel to six sites and patient homes as needed.
• Maintain a flexible, part-time schedule (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
