YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced in-house General Counsel for a part-time, contract role supporting a cutting-edge AI project. Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining of technology contracts.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate legal analysis into actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations, reviews, and redlining exercises.
• Draft and review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and technology agreements.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses to contract scenarios for accuracy and risk.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and grading criteria for contract-related tasks.
• Identify contractual risks and highlight revisions.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.
