Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
- Hands-on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining expertise.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs with tech partners.
- Strong analytical and legal reasoning, with precise written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform simulated contract negotiations, reviews, and redlining exercises.
- Draft and review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and technology agreements.
- Evaluate AI-generated contract responses for accuracy, risk, and reasoning.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Develop evaluation rubrics and grading criteria for contract tasks.
- Identify contractual risks and areas for revision.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to improve legal AI workflows.
- Document legal analysis and recommendations clearly.
