Qualifications

• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other tech agreements.
• Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations, reviews, and redlining exercises.
• Draft and review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and technology agreements.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract responses for accuracy and risk.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and grading criteria for contract tasks.
• Identify risks and inconsistencies in contracts.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.
• Document legal analysis and recommendations clearly and consistently.
