Decision Point is seeking a Part-Time Fulfillment Coordinator in Whittier to help with packing and shipping merch orders, student boxes, and outreach kits. You’ll use Square and Stamps.com, print labels, and manage shipments for carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Expect 20 hours weekly with in-office presence at least three days.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and order fulfillment tools.
• Experience with Square or Stamps.com is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
• Available to work up to 20 hours per week in-office.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship merch orders.
• Assemble student boxes and outreach kits.
• Process orders using Square and Stamps.com.
• Print labels and prepare packages for carriers.
• Update inventory in Google Sheets.
• Keep the fulfillment area organized.
• Support with admin tasks during slow periods.
