Decision Point in Whittier, CA is seeking a dependable Part-Time Fulfillment Coordinator to handle daily packing and shipping of merch orders, student boxes, outreach kits, and ministry resources. This hands-on role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll use Square, Stamps.com, and Google Sheets, and report to the Operations team.

• Comfortable using computers and learning web-based tools for order fulfillment and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship merch orders.
• Assemble and ship student boxes and outreach kits.
• Process orders and shipments using tools such as Square and Stamps.com.
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
• Drop off outgoing packages at local shipping centers.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments.
• Help keep inventory and fulfillment supplies organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and report low-stock or missing items.
• Update basic fulfillment and inventory information in Google Sheets as needed.
• Keep the shipping and fulfillment area clean and organized.
• Help with larger fulfillment projects and event preparation as needed.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and Operations projects during slower fulfillment period.

About the Role

Decision Point is looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Fulfillment Coordinator to help with the day-to-day packing and shipping of merch orders, student boxes, outreach kits, and other ministry resources.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying organized, working efficiently, and making sure the details are right. You'll play an important part in helping us get resources into the hands of students, churches, and ministry partners across the country. During slower fulfillment seasons, this role will also assist the Operations team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

What You'll Do

• Keep the shipping and fulfillment area clean and organized
• Help with larger fulfillment projects and event preparation as needed
• Assist with general administrative tasks and Operations projects during slower fulfillment period

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and complete tasks accurately
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning web-based tools for order fulfillment and shipping; experience with Square, Stamps.com, or similar systems is a plus
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools
• Available to work up to20 hours per week
• Able to come into our Whittier office at least 3 days per week
• Reliable transportation for taking packages to local shipping centers
• Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work additional hours occasionally during high-volume seasons
• Able to commit to the position through May 2027

Schedule:

Up to 20 hours per week, in-office at least 3 days per week

Commitment:

September 2026 - May 2027 with potential of becoming a long term role
