Job summary

Decision Point in Whittier, CA is seeking a dependable Fulfillment Coordinator to support packing and shipping of merch orders, student boxes, outreach kits, and ministry resources.

The position is part-time (up to 20 hours/week) and requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week. You will manage packing, shipping labels, inventory, and related administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Decision Point is seeking a dependable and organized Fulfillment Coordinator to support the packing and shipping of merch orders, student boxes, outreach kits, and ministry resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick, pack, and ship orders and ministry materials
2. Process shipments and print shipping labels
3. Receive and organize incoming shipments
4. Maintain inventory and fulfillment supplies
5. Update inventory records and assist with administrative tasks
6. Keep the fulfillment area organized
7. Support larger fulfillment projects and events

Qualifications:

1. Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
2. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
3. Comfortable with computers, Google Sheets, and web-based tools
4. Reliable transportation for local package drop-offs
5. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
6. Available up to 20 hours/week and in-office at least 3 days/week
