Decision Point in Whittier, CA is seeking a dependable Part-Time Fulfillment Coordinator to handle daily packing and shipping of merch orders, student boxes, outreach kits, and ministry resources. This hands-on role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll use Square, Stamps.com, and Google Sheets, and report to the Operations team.

Qualifications

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and complete tasks accurately.
Comfortable using computers and learning web-based tools for order fulfillment and shipping.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship merch orders.
Assemble and ship student boxes and outreach kits.
Process orders and shipments using tools such as Square and Stamps.com.
Print shipping labels and prepare packages for UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Drop off outgoing packages at local shipping centers.
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments.
Help keep inventory and fulfillment supplies organized.
Assist with inventory counts and report low-stock or missing items.
Update basic fulfillment and inventory information in Google Sheets as needed.
Keep the shipping and fulfillment area clean and organized.
Help with larger fulfillment projects and event preparation as needed.
Assist with general administrative tasks and Operations projects during slower fulfillment period.
