Job summary
ROAD iD is hiring a part-time Shipper to support our Fulfillment Team. The role features weekday shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential minor adjustments based on volume.
You will pull, pack, and ship customer items, assist with warehouse organization, and monitor shipments across channels to ensure on-time delivery. Ideal candidates will have Fulfillment/Shipping experience, be proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana, and be able to handle order issues and daily
Qualifications
- Experience with fulfillment or shipping operations is required.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana).
- Experience with third-party shipping channels or carrier issues is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pull, pack, and ship customer items.
- Assist with warehouse organization and product storage.
- Monitor third-party channels to ensure timely shipments.
- Review Fulfil sales exceptions, failed orders, and draft orders daily.
- Document notes in order timelines and escalate unresolved items via Asana tickets.
- Resolve order issues (cancellations, remakes, missing labels, expedited shipping).
- Monitor dashboard metrics and reconcile end-of-day shipping manifests.
