Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge in Duluth seeks a Part-Time Client Care Specialist to support clients in the Life Renewal/IOL program. You will provide compassionate, client-centered care, monitor safety, assist with medications, and help guide clients toward recovery goals.

The role emphasizes de-escalation, observation, and collaboration with the care team while upholding MnTC’s Culture of Honor and spiritual support as requested.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Health/human services study leading to BA/BS/AA preferred.
• At least 1 year with vulnerable adults or MH peer specialist experience.
• Willingness to support client spiritual growth and prayer.
• Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for clients during the shift and support care on living and programming floors.
• Observe client mood and behavior, de-escalate when needed, and report to care team.
• Assist in client intake/discharge and ensure safety on the floor.
• Administer and supervise medications; maintain accurate documentation.
• Support transportation for appointments and outings; monitor safety.
• Provide compassionate, client-centered care aligned with recovery goals.
