Job summary

MN Adult & Teen Challenge in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Client Care Specialist to support female clients in the Life Renewal/IOL program. The role requires compassionate, observant, and de‑escalation skills to maintain a safe, supportive floor environment during overnight shifts.

You will work Fri and Sat nights, 9pm–5am, earning $21 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required, with additional health‑related education or experience preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with vulnerable adults or related health field preferred.
• Ability to support clients’ recovery goals with compassion and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support on overnight shifts in a direct-care capacity.
• Monitor client wellbeing, de‑escalate as needed, and communicate updates to staff.
• Assist with intake/discharge processes and medication oversight as assigned.
