Leon’s Furniture is hiring a Front Office Associate (part-time hourly) to deliver excellent customer service in person and by phone. You will process sales, payments, financing applications, and coordinate deliveries and pickups, while supporting administrative tasks and training new staff.

Responsabilités

• Process sales and payments for customers and requests.
• Check emails and voicemails and follow up with customers.
• Process financing applications and coordinate with Visa D and Easy Finance.
• Call customers to arrange deliveries and pickups.
• Train new Front Office staff.
• Balance cash drawer for approval by Home Office.
• File daily reports and documents; distribute reports.
• Generate and finalize pick tickets and end-of-day tasks.
