Job summary

Cardi's Furniture & Mattresses is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in the Business Office to deliver outstanding service and handle store transactions. The role involves answering phone calls, processing invoices, and assisting guests with purchases in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, customer-focused and able to balance multiple tasks. Pay is $18.00-$19.00 per hour with Tuesday 11am-3:30pm and Friday & Saturday 9:45am-6:15pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide quality service.
• Process invoices and assist guests with transactions.
• Manage orders, returns, and verify inventory status.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits.
• Maintain daily reports and email correspondence.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
