Qualifications

• Ability to stand upright for the majority of your scheduled work shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all front end personnel to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Prepare and maintain effective work schedules for front-end personnel to minimize customer inconvenience.
• Enforce store policies and assist store managers with discipline of front end associates who violate policies.
• Delegate responsibilities to cashiers and conduct training programs for new and existing associates.
• Assist customers with returns, price checks, over rings, and overcharges; approve checks and enforce check cashing policies.
• Maintain front end housekeeping and stock front end supplies and equipment.
