Qualifications

• Previous admin/reception experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Answering and screening calls, directing inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments.
• Greet clients, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Receive mail, packages, and e-documents and route to recipient.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and stock the break area.
• Assist Marketing and Executive teams during company events.
• Collaborate with St George Administrative team and staff.
• Contribute to a culture of trust and reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
