Onset Financial, Draper, UT, seeks a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and callers. You will greet visitors, answer and screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate teams, helping keep the office welcoming and organized.

You will support several departments, manage mail and documents, assist with events, and maintain supplies while upholding confidentiality and professional standards in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments and keep reception tidy.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen calls, manage inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Receive mail, packages, and e-documents and direct them to the recipient.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and stock the break area.
• Assist Marketing and Executive teams during company events.
• Collaborate with the St George Administrative team and staff.
• Support a culture of trust, dependability, and integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
