Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points and lobby activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Answer calls, provide directions, and support a welcoming lobby.
